Anything missing costs a round trip. If you do not have a grade name, the property you need to hit is enough to work from.

The grade or the property: A grade name from our catalogue, or the boiling range, flash point, aromatic content or viscosity your process needs.
The volume and the cadence: How much, how often. A one-off drum order and a standing monthly bulk offtake price differently.
The packaging: Bulk road tanker, isotainer, IBC or drums. This depends on what your site can physically receive and offload.
The delivery point: The receiving site, the border post if the load is crossing one, and the incoterm you want to work on.
